Orders are processed as fast as possible. Products will shipped directly from Berlin or London by DHL/DEUTSCHE POST/HERMES.
Return Policy: Returns can be made only if the product are in unused/sealed/unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for a return: factory defects, wrong color, size or format was sent, or error on our part. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product, if they are requesting a return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.
